The structure of multiblade gang saw “TRIPLIKA” is constituted by two uprights and an upper cross connection and they consisting in strong tubular carpentry. The movement of the blades is done by a mechanical-hydraulic system. This movement is exercised mechanically and hydraulically transmitted to the end of the blades. We have designed a hydraulic tensioner for this machine, it can guarantee the homogeneous tension on all blades, to ensure maximum cutting precision. The panel control is complete with electrical equipment and various safety devices for the normal control. It is possible to automate the machine by a touch screen.
