\u00a0<\/strong>The PTM’s voltage system is generated with two operations:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. the pre-tensioning of the special screws mounted on the tie rods with the help of the torque wrench;<\/li>\n
  2. the final tensioning thanks by means of an oleodynamic pump.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This method guarantees the same tension on all the blades, moreover it is a faster and safer system, which does not require the continuous intervention of specialized technicians for manual tensioning.<\/p>\n

    The working tension is indicated by a single pressure gauge that shows the pressure in tons and bars. Furthermore, in the open frames, a compensation cylinder is installed to guarantee constant tension in all the working positions of the blade holder.<\/p>\n
